The Board of Directors of Avtech Aviation & Engineering plc informs of the dates for the transmission of reports in financial year 2011/2012:
Periodical reports will be published in the followings dates:
- quarterly report for II quarter 2011 (IV quarter of financial year for Issuer) - 16 August, 2011
- quarterly report for III quarter 2011 (I quarter of financial year for Issuer)
14 November, 2011
- annual report for financial year 2010/2011 - 30 November, 2011
- quarterly report for IV quarter 2011 (II quarter of financial year for Issuer)
14 February, 2012
- quarterly report for I quarter 2012 (III quarter of financial year for Issuer)
15 May, 2012
- quarterly report for II quarter 2012 (IV quarter of financial year for Issuer)
14 August, 2012
Any change of dates for providing periodical reports shall be communicated in a current report.
Legal basis: § 6 par. 14.1 of the Annex 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect".
